Overview:

This isn’t just a dinner, it’s a gathering of marketing leaders shaping what comes next. Panelle and Databricks have partnered to bring you this intimate evening at the Four Seasons San Francisco, bringing together women CMOs and senior marketing executives at the forefront of data and AI transformation.

Marketing is at a generational inflection point. AI is no longer experimental, it’s redefining how growth, creativity, and decision-making happen. Together, we'll explore what it really takes to break down data silos, build shared intelligence across teams, and turn marketing ambition into real action.

The evening will open with a candid perspective from Databricks on how leading brands are operationalizing AI, making trusted data more accessible, and creating the foundation for smarter, faster, more adaptive marketing organizations.

Over dinner, conversations will dive into the realities behind the headlines: how to scale AI responsibly, align marketing and technical teams around a unified vision, and build organizations ready for continuous innovation. We’ll also explore the leadership pathways, mentorship, and cultural shifts needed to ensure more women shape the future of marketing and AI.

At Panelle, we pride ourselves on our authentic, intimate evenings built to create real connection, real perspective, and real possibility. We create the space for women leaders to move beyond adapting to change and start defining it.

Agenda:

6:00 PM: Arrival & Connection

Come as you are. Grab a drink, meet and mingle, and settle into the space alongside fellow marketing leaders.

6:30 PM: The Setting

A Databricks executive shares insights into how leading organizations are transforming marketing with AI, from experimentation to enterprise-wide execution.

7:00 PM: Dinner and Discussion

As dinner is served, so is discussion. Share your experiences, exchange strategies, and explore how your peers are navigating the shift toward AI-powered marketing.

8:30 PM: Collective Thoughts and Continued Conversation

We’ll close by bringing the room together to share reflections and insights from each table. Afterward, continue conversation and deepen connections you’ve made throughout the evening.

Conversations to look forward to:

Building an AI-Ready Marketing Foundation:

What does a truly unified marketing data foundation look like, and how do we eliminate silos while preparing for constant technological change?

From Experimentation to Enterprise Impact:

Where is AI delivering measurable marketing value today, and what does it take to scale from promising pilots to operational reality?

Governance as a Growth Enabler:

How do we establish trust, quality, and responsible AI practices while empowering teams to innovate faster and more confidently?

Organizational Readiness & Talent:

How do we align marketing, data, and technical teams, and what skills and structures are needed to support the next era of AI-driven marketing?

Elevating the Next Generation of Women in AI and Marketing:

How do we create meaningful pathways, mentorship, and leadership opportunities to ensure more women shape the future of marketing and technology?
