Overview:

Cybersecurity is a powerhouse industry, but let’s face it, women are still vastly underrepresented. It’s time to change the game.

Join us for a dynamic online roundtable  discussion where seasoned executives and fresh voices come together to tackle what it really takes to thrive in this male-dominated field.

We’ll explore the challenges, the breakthroughs, and the resources that make a difference. Plus, we’ll get real about the tightrope of personal success and the unspoken responsibility to lift the next generation.

This isn’t just a discussion, it’s a call to action. Let’s rewire the future of cybersecurity together.

Topics of Discussion:

1. How can we best encourage women to enter careers in Cybersecurity? What needs to be done to help attraction and retention?

2. What advice do you have for someone who may feel intimidated by the gender imbalance in the industry or by imposter syndrome?

3. How does your organization support cybersecurity or DEIB advocacy collaborations?

4. How can we support the younger women in the organization; how do we uplift each other?

5. Were there any mentors or role models who inspired you during your journey (or non-supporters who pushed you to move forward)?
