Why did you choose to work with Panelle?

After we met with Panelle, it was clear to us that a partnership would help DataBank advance its business goals while also empowering women in the technology industry.

Why is DEI important to your business?

We look at this as building a top tier workforce. We focus on attracting, integrating, and supporting individuals from all backgrounds to develop an employee culture that aligns with our values of putting people first, trusting and respecting our colleagues and partners, being collaboritve, and inspiring confidence.

How is your company driving representation for women?

Our objective is expanding opportunity for women to become a part of our growing organization. In our hiring, for instance, we do not focus on a numerical quota but on drawing from a wide pool of candidates, removing bias, and hiring the best person for the job.

This gives DataBank a better chance of hiring the top talent we need to grow and succeed. We also support women through our Women of DataBank Employee Resource Group where there is a focus on learning and development that is offered to all employees.

How can Panelle help with your DEI goals?
