Panelle is proud to welcome nCino - the leading provider of intelligent, best-in-class banking solutions – as a new partner in driving practical, meaningful change in the space of DEI.
With a strong internal culture rooted in six core values, nCino is committed to creating a workplace where everyone has a voice and an opportunity to thrive. Together, Panelle and nCino are championing greater representation for women in tech and finance, and amplifying conversations that inspire progress and foster connection.
Why did you choose to work with Panelle?
Panelle is a game-changer, creating a powerful space for women to share professional experiences, explore industry challenges, and build valuable connections. It's not only an open forum but an influential business network that brings unique market perspectives through women's voices.
For us, this partnership is about tapping into real, practical change.
We're proud to work with a partner that aligns with our business goals while enabling our team members to develop professionally, expand their networks, and contribute to our growth strategy with perspectives that might otherwise be overlooked.
Why is DEI important to your business?
"Inclusion and belonging are not just initiatives, they are integral to who we are."
At the heart of our culture is one of our six core values, Respect Each Other. Inclusion and belonging are not just initiatives, they are integral to who we are. We believe that when individuals feel empowered, supported, and free to bring their whole selves to work, innovation thrives.
The most impactful ideas emerge from diverse teams united by mutual respect and a shared commitment to creating a more inclusive future.
How is your company driving representation for women?
We believe representation matters in every space and we put that belief into action through our Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs. When it comes to advocating for the representation, mentorship, and professional growth of women in tech, our Women nTech ERG leads the way.
This inspiring group amplifies the voices and experiences of women in the industry and extends that impact beyond nCino.
In the UK, we recently co-hosted a Women in Business Lunch at The Ivy Tower Bridge, welcoming women from more than 60 different organizations. In the US, Women nTech partners with the GLOW Academy, inviting young girls to our global headquarters twice annually to explore the many opportunities available to women in tech.
How can Panelle help with your DEI goals?
Partnering with Panelle gives us a powerful opportunity to bring together senior leaders and changemakers to share real experiences, fresh perspectives, and actionable ideas that help us move the dial on DEI.
The format encourages honest conversation and meaningful collaboration, and we see it as a valuable tool not just for advancing our DEI goals, but for driving our broader business strategy forward.
What will you achieve through this partnership with Panelle?
We’re currently piloting a roundtable event with Panelle to explore key challenges and opportunities for women in business.
Our primary goals of participating in this forum are to amplify voices, strengthen connections with influential female leaders, and identify actionable insights that help us continue to grow as a diverse, inclusive, and forward-thinking company.
