Panelle is proud to partner with Sprout Social, a leading social media management platform that’s redefining how brands engage with the world, and how they show up for their communities.
For Sprout, DEI isn’t an afterthought. It’s foundational. From inclusive hiring practices to their ten employee-led Community Resource Groups, like Women@Sprout, Black@Sprout, and LGBTQIA+@Sprout, they’re creating spaces where every voice matters and every employee is empowered to lead.
This partnership isn’t just aligned with Sprout’s values; it actively brings them to life. Together, we’re connecting with women-led and diversely owned businesses, sharing real-world strategies from female leaders, and building a space for meaningful conversations that translate into real change...
Why did you choose to work with Panelle?
We chose to partner with Panelle for two main reasons: their mission aligns with our DEI and brand values, and this partnership connects us with many of the businesses we currently partner with and aspire to collaborate with.
It’s rare to find a community like Panelle that is at the forefront of connecting organizations with women-owned and diversely owned businesses, ensuring that underrepresented voices are not just heard but amplified.
At Sprout, our values aren’t just words on a wall, they’re the principles that guide how we show up every day, in our industry and for our customers.
Our four core values;
All In, All Together
Be a Joy to Work With
Put Your Name On It
Change the Game
This reminds us to lead and partner with vendors that prioritise collaboration, creating a good work environment for everyone, holding ourselves accountable to DEI commitments, and boldly challenging the status quo to help create a more equitable marketplace.
At Sprout, we see every day how social media can be a driver of meaningful change and a catalyst for advancing missions on a global scale, and it’s important we prioritise highlighting diverse voices.
Why is DEI important to your business?
DEI isn’t just a social responsibility for Sprout Social - it’s a business imperative and has been one of our core values from the very beginning. It’s woven into how we hire, build our teams, design our products, and foster allyship for historically marginalized communities.
We know diverse perspectives drive stronger innovation and more authentic engagement. That’s why we aim to hire candidates from diverse backgrounds, partner and prioritize working with diversely owned businesses, and ensure accessibility is built into our tools.
Today our 10 employee-led Community Resource Groups, from Women@Sprout to Black@Sprout and LGBTQIA+@Sprout, help create and promote a culture of belonging and advocacy.
DEI isn’t an extracurricular, it’s built into the way we do business. And while we’re proud of the progress we’ve made, we recognize there’s no finish line. We’re committed to evolving and striving for greater equity as we grow.
How is your company driving representation for women?
At Sprout Social, we actively support women’s growth and leadership across the organization. Through programs like Women@Sprout, mentorship opportunities, and leadership development initiatives, we create spaces for women to thrive and advance in their careers.
Externally, we spotlight women-led businesses and creators through our platforms, campaigns, and partnerships, helping to increase visibility and opportunities in the broader social and tech ecosystem.
Our focus is on turning advocacy into actionable support, ensuring women have both the representation and the resources they need to succeed.
How can Panelle help with your DEI goals?
Panelle offers a unique opportunity for Sprout Social to take our DEI initiatives further by connecting us with women-owned and diverse-owned businesses, creators, and suppliers.
Through their curated network, we can support underrepresented voices in a meaningful, measurable way, whether it’s through collaborations, procurement, or amplifying stories on social media.
What will you achieve through this series with Panelle?
Through our partnership with Panelle, we aim to create a series that informs, inspires, and drives action, within this community of women but also beyond. By highlighting the successes, challenges, and strategies of female leaders, we hope to provide practical insights for other companies to follow.
This continued partnership allows Sprout to engage deeply with a community of forward-thinking women who are pushing boundaries and shaping a more equitable future across industries.
By investing in these connections, we move closer to the world we want to do business in – one where equity is visible, actionable, and celebrated at every level.
